The Superlative Group was retained as the Exclusive Naming Rights consultant for the Transbay Joint Powers Authority (TJPA) to assist in the process of valuing and selling the Naming Rights to the new Transbay Transit Center in downtown San Francisco. Superlative delivered a detailed valuation analysis and projections for the fair market value of Naming Rights to the Transit Center and its 5.4-acre Rooftop Park. As a result of Superlative’s analysis, recommendations for potential partners and sales strategies, the TJPA signed an agreement with Salesforce to name the Transit Center and Park for $110 million over a 25-year term.
